Who we are
One Call Solution Studios is a business systems studio based at 6/13 Hunter Street, Parramatta NSW 2150, Parramatta, Sydney. This policy covers this website and enquiries sent through it.
What we collect
When you contact us: your name, business, email, phone number and whatever you tell us about your situation.
When you browse: standard technical information your browser sends, and analytics about which pages are read.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to work out whether we can help, and to run the engagement if you become a client. We do not sell your information.
Marketing messages
We only send commercial electronic messages to people who have consented, we identify ourselves in every message, and every message has a working unsubscribe. That is what the Spam Act 2003 requires, and we build the systems we sell to the same standard.
If you unsubscribe, we action it. If we ever get that wrong, tell us and we will fix it immediately.
Client data
Where we build or operate a system for you, any customer data inside it belongs to you, not to us. We access it only to do the work you have asked for, and we hand over full ownership of accounts and data if you leave.
Who we share it with
Service providers we use to run our business, such as hosting, CRM and analytics platforms, and only as needed. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Work done outside Australia
We say this plainly on our About page and it belongs here too: Studios is fronted from Parramatta and our build team works outside Australia, under our direction. That means people outside Australia may handle information held in the systems we build or maintain for you, which is a disclosure to overseas recipients in the sense the Privacy Act means it.
What we do about it: access is limited to the people actually doing your work and only for as long as that work runs, it happens in accounts you own rather than ours, and what was accessed is documented so you can check it. If your obligations require data to stay onshore, or require named individuals and signed undertakings, tell us before we scope anything. Some work can be arranged that way and some cannot, and we will say which before you commit rather than after.
