How it works · Call to live

One phone call starts it. Weeks later, it is running.

Five steps between the first call and a system that answers, books and chases for you. Here is what happens at each one, and what it needs from you.

Engagement plan

The first call
20 minutes, free
Scope, in writing
Within days
The build
1 to 4 weeks, per the scope
Go live
One working session
Support
Ongoing, optional

Timelines per service: websites two to four weeks, CRM one to two, agents two to three. The scope carries the dates.

The steps

The shape of it

Short on purpose. A build that drags is a build that was scoped badly, so the scope does the heavy lifting before anything is built.

20 minutes

Step 1: The first call

Where enquiries leak and what one lost job costs you. If you do not need us, the call ends there, honestly.

You get a straight answer

Days

Step 2: Scope, in writing

What will be built, what it costs, when it lands. One fixed figure against a written scope.

You get a fixed written quote

Weeks 1 to 4

Step 3: The build

Built in accounts you own, checked in at named points. Your part is about two hours of answering how you work.

You get a working system in your name

One working session

Step 4: Go live

Switched on with you watching, walked through piece by piece, and handed over documented. Nothing goes live that you have not seen work.

You get a handover document and a number to call

Ongoing, optional

Step 5: Support

If something we built breaks, we fix it. Campaigns get a monthly report in dollars. Anything beyond that is quoted, never assumed.

You get a system that stays run, not just launched

The detail

Who does what, at every step

01

The first call

20 minutes, free

Studios does

Ali Ishtiaq listens, maps where enquiries leak, and gives you a straight answer, including the answer that you do not need us yet.

You do

Bring nothing but how the work comes in today. No documents, no preparation.

02

Scope, in writing

Within days

Studios does

We write exactly what will be built, what it will not do, one fixed price and a dated timeline.

You do

Read it, question it, and sign only if the number makes sense. The scope is yours to keep either way.

03

The build

1 to 4 weeks, per the scope

Studios does

We build in accounts opened in your name, and check in at the points named in the scope rather than with daily calls.

You do

Answer questions about how you actually work and supply logins and content. Around two hours across the build, for most jobs.

04

Go live

One working session

Studios does

We switch it on with you watching, walk through every piece, and hand over a written document that says how it all works.

You do

One hour with us, and the honest first week of telling us what feels wrong so it gets fixed while we are still close.

05

Support

Ongoing, optional

Studios does

If something we built breaks, we fix it. Campaigns get a monthly report in dollars. Support beyond that is quoted, never assumed.

You do

Run your business. The system was built so this column stays short.

About the process itself

Step one is twenty minutes.

No preparation, no documents, no obligation. Tell Ali Ishtiaq how work arrives today and you will get a straight answer about what is worth building, if anything.
